Oksana Zholnovych
Oksana Zholnovych was born in 1979 in Stryi, Ukraine.
In 2001, Oksana Zholnovych graduated from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv with the degree in "Law", qualification - "lawyer". Mrs.Zholnovych obtained a Ph.D. in Law (Candidate of Legal Sciences).
She also worked as a teacher at the Stryi Agricultural College from 2001 to 2002.
From 2001 to 2005 she was a post-graduate student of the Department of Labor, Agrarian and Environmental Law at Ivan Franko Lviv National University.
In 2008 she defended her PhD thesis on "Labor Law System of Ukraine". The scientific degree was awarded in 2009.
From 2005 to 2009 she worked as an assistant at the Department of Labor, Agrarian and Environmental law at Ivan Franko Lviv National University.
In 2009 she received a Certificate of the right to practice law.
From 2009 to 2019 - Member of the Council of Bars of the Lviv Region.
During 2010 to 2016 she was an associate professor of the Department of Labor, Agrarian and Environmental Law at Ivan Franko Lviv National University.
From 2014 to 2016 headed the The Central Supervisory and Auditing Commission of the political party "People's Power".
During 2015 she was the Executive Director of the Housing and Construction Cooperative "Uspih".
From 2016 to 2019 Associate Professor at the Department of Social Law at Ivan Franko Lviv National University.
In 2017-2019 she was an assistant to the rector of Ivan Boberskyi Lviv State University of Physical Culture.
From 2017 to 2019 Director of "Eurocontract Lviv LLC".
During 2018-2019 she chaired the board of the "Levandivskyi Dvoryk" condominium.
In 2019 Mrs.Zholnovych became a finalist of the second season of the "New Leaders" project.
From 2019 to 2020 Adviser to the Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine in the field of protection of persons with disabilities.
From 2020 to July 2022 Head of the Department of Social Policy and Health Care of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
