It provides for creation of the community Resilience Centres where everyone can be provided free psychosocial support.

The purpose of the project is to maintain mental health of people, to reduce the level of stress and anxiety in the communities; to help adapt to new living conditions and crisis situations; to teach participants of the project on stress resistance methods and prevention of psychological traumas; to create efficient mechanisms for provision of social services in Resilience Centres; to enhance the volunteer movement and social cohesion in the community.

The resilience centre is a friendly and barrier-free environment where every resident of the community can come for psychological support or consult a social worker.
