An e-appeal can be sent to the Ministry of Social Policy by one of the methods:

by filling in the online form “Electronic Appeal”;
by sending a letter to the electronic address zvernennya@mlsp.gov.ua.

The same appeal should not be sent two ways. Choose one method you find convenient.

Recommendations on how to fill in an electronic appeal

Follow the recommendations below so that your appeal will be considered as promptly and efficiently as possible:

1. Specify your data: specify your full name, e-mail and residence address. If the latter differs from the registration address, specify both.

2. Word the matter clearly: summarise your appeal in an understandable manner. Provision of specific facts will help consider the appeal.

3. Reliability of information: specify the accurate and reliable data to ensure comprehensive and competent consideration of the appeal.

4. Language of the appeal: all the appeals are processed in the official language, i.e. Ukrainian.

5. Electronic signature: a qualified electronic signature is not mandatory for e-appeals*.

It should be noted that appeals without a residence address, a signature or without specification of the author are considered to be anonymous and are not processed (according to Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Citizens’ Appeals“).

*an e-appeal sent without a qualified or enhanced electronic signature shall be a scanned or photographed copy of the hard copy document with the applicant’s signature and date.
