Personal Reception of Citizens

Personal reception of citizens is only carried out on the matters within the competence of the Ministry of Social Policy, based on the areas of activities set out in the Regulation on the Ministry of Social Policy.

Reception is carried out in the public reception office at:

8/10 Esplanadna St., Floor 1, Kyiv (the admission is free).

Reception hours

Monday to Thursday: 10.00 to 13.00 and 14.00 to 17.00

Friday: 10.00 to 13.00 and 14.00 to 15.30

The reception hours are one hour shorter on public holidays and non-work days.

Personal reception of citizens by the senior executives of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine

Personal reception of citizens by the Minister of Social Policy, the First Deputy Minister, Deputy Ministers, the Deputy Minister for European Integration and the State Secretary is only carried out by prior arrangement on the days and hours set out in the schedule. Prior arrangement of the personal reception is carried out at least five (5) business days before the reception date.

Where the senior executives are absent, personal reception of citizens is carried out by the duly authorised officers.

A meeting with the Minister is only possible if the matter has not been resolved by the First Deputy, the Deputies, the Deputy Minister for European Integration and the State Secretary within their competence.

A meeting with the First Deputy, the Deputy Ministers, the Deputy Minister for European Integration and the State Secretary is arranged if the matter was not resolved during the citizen’s personal meeting with the specialists and heads of the specialised independent structural subdivision of the Ministry of Social Policy.

Nota bene!

The applicant’s personal data, the core of the matter and available documents are established during the prior arrangement of the meeting. It enables determining the most suitable subdivision or officer to consider the appeal.
