Platform on the state prosthetic care programme

Overview

The state prosthetic care programme enables the Ukrainians not only to obtain high-quality prostheses and other rehabilitation products for free, but also to be provided repair, replacement and maintenance services. All the details can be found on the online platform protez.msp.gov.ua launched by the Ministry of Social Policy and the Fund for Social Protection of Persons with Disabilities.

All the relevant information on prosthetic care in Ukraine has been collected at the single resource, which offers simple and convenient access to necessary clarifications and materials. In particular, there is an action algorithm on how to get a rehabilitation product: each step from an application to receipt of the product itself is explained in detail.

In particular, the following information is provided on the platform:

• types of rehabilitation products, and how they can be obtained;
• each stage, from an application to receipt of the rehabilitation product;
• how to receive monetary compensation for the product purchased at your own expense;
• repair and maintenance.

The resource is updated and supplemented on a regular basis, based on amendments to the state programme and new requests from users.
