Citizens’ Appeals

The Section “Citizens’ Appeals” has been created to ensure the exercise of every citizen’s right to appeal to the public authorities, as guaranteed by the Constitution of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine “On Citizens’ Appeals”.

It is an important tool of communication between citizens and state institutions that helps improve social services and enables citizens to influence changes in the social area via their ideas and proposals.

An appeal can be filed in the convenient manner — via an e-form or by arranging a personal visit.
